SKUmargin is in public beta. These terms describe the current arrangement between you and JMF Dynamic Global (FZCO) and may be revised as the product matures. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SKUmargin, a service provided by JMF Dynamic Global (FZCO) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SKUmargin is a profit analytics application for sellers on the Noon marketplace in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. You provide us with Noon Seller Lab CSV exports, or authorize API access, and the service calculates profit metrics, fee breakdowns, and related analytics.
Features, pricing, and service availability may change. We will give active subscribers notice of material changes before they take effect.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization if you are signing up on its behalf.
You must provide accurate information during sign-up and keep that information up to date.

You retain ownership of the data you upload or sync to SKUmargin (orders, settlements, returns, ad spend, COGS, product catalog, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
We handle personal and business data according to our Privacy policy.
New accounts include a 30-day free trial of the Standard plan. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial, access beyond the free tier requires an active paid subscription.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where specifically stated in these Terms. You may cancel at any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Changes apply to your next billing period after the notice.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation creates a security risk. On termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it is deleted in line with the retention periods in our Privacy policy.
The SKUmargin application, branding, documentation, and source code are owned by JMF Dynamic Global (FZCO). Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
SKUmargin provides analytics and forecasting based on the data you supply. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the calculations are suitable for accounting, tax filing, audit, or any other regulated purpose without your own review. You are responsible for validating figures before acting on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or loss of data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. We will notify active subscribers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
